Transportation cannot be governed through emissions measurement alone. Vehicle intelligence must connect with accounting boundaries; accounting must connect with regulatory context; verified environmental performance must connect with climate-asset governance; and those assets must remain administrable within institutional and sovereign systems. Transportation Decarbonization Infrastructure emerged from bringing these previously separate research domains into a common operational architecture.
